Is designed to help us to address the needs of customers and deliver effective professional services.Analysis-Reviewing customer’s current environment, gathering requirements and providing high-level recommendations for our customer’s proposed Citrix deployment, upgrade or expansion. Common services include assessments related to Delivery Center products, proofs of concept and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis. Design-Defining the application delivery architecture and operational processes required to build out or maintain the production environment and attain pre-defined project requirements. This provides a roadmap and implementation strategy for your professional services practice or the customer’s IT teams. Technical and procedural designs include the Conceptual Design, Architecture Design, Implementation Design and Operation Process Design. Build/Test-Creating, configuring and sometimes customizing the solution as described in the Design Phase. Following the environment build, all solutions are thoroughly unit and regression tested. Once initial tests are completed, an entire system test is performed. Rollout-Performing a pilot to ensure that all requirements are addressed in the deployment and determine scalability thresholds for the production environment, then assisting with rollout to production. Services include technical assistance, deployment work plans, end user and IT staff training, initial production support and ownership transition to the customer. |
